Delivery Information
Here at Cubbly Beds, every bed is made-to-order, ensuring you receive a piece made especially for your family. Because of this, our delivery process works a little differently to off-the-shelf furniture.
Lead Times
Beds are typically ready for delivery within 4–6 weeks. This timeframe allows for careful craftsmanship and finishing, but please note it is an estimate, not a guarantee. Occasionally, factors such as supplier delays or courier scheduling may mean your delivery takes longer. We’ll always keep you updated along the way.
Our Delivery Partner
Once your bed is complete, it will be handed to our trusted two-man furniture courier. They will process your order and contact you directly (usually within 48 working hours of receiving it) to agree a delivery date that suits you. You will also receive tracking details and delivery updates directly from them.
Delivery Options
You can select the level of service that’s right for your home:
- Standard Delivery – delivered safely to your hallway.
- Room-of-Choice Delivery –carried to the room you choose.
- White Glove Service – full assembly and packaging removal, leaving the room clean and ready.
Mattresses
If you order a mattress, it will be delivered separately. Our UK mattress partner dispatches directly by standard courier (e.g. DPD/DHL), and you will receive separate tracking details. We do plan so both bed and mattress arrive close together. If you need your mattress in advance please contact us and we can arrange this.
