Why the lead time?

At Cubbly Beds, every bed is thoughtfully made-to-order, just for your little one. From the finish and rail style to leg height and storage, each detail is carefully selected by you—then brought to life by our skilled makers who take pride in every piece.

Because your bed is being created to your exact choices, there’s a short lead time before delivery. We believe something this special is worth the wait—and we’ll keep you updated along the way via email and your tracking page. 

During extremely busy period our lead time can increase by a week or two. We always show an estimated dispatch date next to the product and on your tracking page once you have placed an order.

When your bed is ready for delivery we hand it over to our specialist furniture delivery company, BJS,  who will arrange a day and time slot for your bed to be delivered.

Room-of-Choice Delivery - £45
(2-man delivery to chosen room)
White Glove Service - £160
(includes room-of-choice delivery, full bed assembly, and removal of all packaging)

If you order a mattress, please note it will be shipped separately Free of Charge as all mattresses are made to order by our UK mattress manufacturer. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each delivery.

We want you to feel completely at ease. If you’re not entirely happy once your bed arrives, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days—no fuss, just let us know. (Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept mattress returns)
